Course # 3 Master Plan Scope and Informational Booklet |
This iteration focuses on a key component, the new Course #3 designs, which reflect enhancements to some existing holes, restoring holes to their more strategic original intent, and creating some new holes. As you review the hole designs, pay particular attention to the Master Plan Summary found on the first inside page. The summary details the key design goals and provides an excellent context for hole-by-hole descriptions. We hosted several town hall meetings to explain new information as it developed and to collect member feedback.

The New Medinah F&B Experience |
Dear [RECIP_TITLE] [RECIP_LASTNAME] It is without question that our food & beverage operations at the club have changed as of late and will continue to do so incrementally over the next few months, adding more amenities as we go.
Although we can't predict with certainty what lies ahead, we can tell you that our team remains committed to providing you with the best possible experience, given our resources. So, what does the new dining experience look like, and what can you expect?
We're thrilled to inform you that our team has worked diligently to create an al fresco dining experience for you and your family. Upon entering the backyard, you will see that we have safely and strategically positioned dining tables, with umbrellas, in three different and distinct areas.
While we are not offering table-service currently, we trust that you will both enjoy and appreciate the creative and robust offerings we have prepared for you.
The Food Truck is nestled between the first tee-box on Course #2, with a newly constructed outdoor bar, courtesy of the Medinah engineering department. The menu was designed with an array of beautifully prepared items from Executive Chef Matthew Gilbert and his culinary team.
Across from the Oasis patio is our newly acquired competition Yoder Smoker, which will serve regional barbecue favorites, along with hearty, traditional side dishes.
In addition to both of these culinary amenities, you will also see that we have opened your favorite Cabana Bar, with some enticing new selections, courtesy of our sommelier, Beverage Manager Taylor Nissen.
We invite you to belly-up to the bar for your favorite libation, or to try one of our new additions, like the Medinah's "Session" Hazy IPA, brewed by Church Street Brewing Co. in Itasca. The Medinah Food and Beverage team continue to appreciate your patience as we navigate these uncertain times, and we very much look forward to welcoming you to your new Medinah Experience.
Sincerely, -Your Food and Beverage Team |

Our Celebrations |
Our "Caught You Being Amazing" Program is one of the ways we celebrate our fellow employees for doing a great job. Employees can write a short note to acknowledge a peer or staff member. We also celebrate our staff every year in October at our annual employee party. All employees are invited to share in a wonderful evening filled with food, entertainment, and prizes. We plan special events for Employee Appreciation Week in March when employees have the chance to be treated as guests for several mouth-watering luncheons including contests and awards. The club also hosts several All-Staff meetings throughout the year where employees have the opportunity to learn about "What's New" at the club and hear from our GM/COO and other members of our leadership team. Finally, individual departments coordinate activities for their staff to recognize their teams for a job well done! |
