Thank you for your interest in becoming a caddie at Medinah Country Club. Members and guests of Medinah Country Club enjoy utilizing caddie services during the golf season, providing our caddies with a wonderful opportunity to offer their skills at one of the top prestigious private country clubs in the world.
Prospective caddies must be at least 13 years old at the time of application to be eligible for consideration—no exceptions. Individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude are encouraged to enroll.
To be eligible, prospective caddies must complete the ClubUp Academy training and certification program. Prospective caddies are also required to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement form, in which minors must also have a parent or guardian sign.
Interest in our caddie program exceeds available spots, so we encourage you to attend our in-person, one-hour caddie orientation on Sunday, April 12, at 10:00 am or 2:00 pm, where we will provide information about becoming a caddie at Medinah Country Club. To select your preferred orientation session, you must complete and submit the ClubUp Academy Questionnaire (click the link below). Please provide all the information requested as it is required to be considered eligible. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
2026 CADDIE QUESTIONAIRE
The caddie orientation will be held at Medinah Country Club (6N001 Medinah Road, Medinah, IL 60157). Please review Medinah Country Club’s guest information and dress code prior to the orientation, as the club adheres to a strict dress code for all visitors.
Attending this session ensures the best selection of training dates, with both morning and afternoon spots available each week. A parent or guardian is strongly encouraged to attend to help absorb key details. For many, this is a first job, and our goal is to foster clear communication and set realistic expectations.
Caddie training and certification are scheduled to take place (weather permitting) from the last week of April 2026 through the end of May 2026. Sessions will primarily be held Monday through Friday, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with specific arrangements coordinated by ClubUp Academy. Additional schedule details will be provided during the Caddie Orientation meeting. Please come prepared with your preferred training week, as you will select it at the end of the orientation.
